- 1 c. ground beef, cooked
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 tsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. tomato soup
- 6 large cabbage leaves
Directions

1Boil cabbage leaves just enough to be tender enough to roll. Combine meat, onion, butter, parsley, rice, salt and pepper and 1/3 cup tomato soup. Spread on each leaf. Roll up and fasten with toothpick. Place each roll in a baking pan; pour remaining tomato soup on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
