- 1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1 large cabbage head
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 lb. hamburger meat, browned
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Cook rice according to package directions.

2Remove leaves from cabbage and immerse in hot water.

3Mix cooked hamburger meat, milk and rice.

4Make small balls.

5Place meat in cabbage leaves and roll.

6Secure with toothpicks.

7Pack cabbage rolls in slow cooker or large boiler and cover with tomatoes.

8Cover and simmer for about 2 hours.
