- 1 large head cabbage
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 onion, diced and browned in 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Directions

1Core cabbage and bring to boil.

2Cook about 5 minutes.

3Remove leaves as they cook; cool and drain.

4Mix hamburger, rice and seasonings.

5Drop a tablespoon of mixture on stem end of each cabbage leaf.

6Roll up.

7Place in casserole.

8Pour tomato sauce on top.

9Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
