  • 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
  • 2 medium onions, coarsely chopped
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes or 2 tsp. instant beef bouillon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 to 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar

    Place cabbage head into pot of boiling water.
