Ingredients
- 1 large cabbage, shredded
- 1 pepper, sliced paper thin
- 2 medium onions, sliced thin and separated into rings
- 1 medium size jar pimento, drained
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. white vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Layer cabbage, pepper, onions and pimentos; set aside.

2Mix oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and celery seed.

3Boil for 2 minutes. Pour hot dressing over vegetables.

4Cover tightly and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.

5Keeps for at least a week.
