  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 4 large marshmallows
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 3/4 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
  • 3/4 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Stir together lime Jell-O, boiling water and marshmallows until dissolved.

    Add pineapple and cottage cheese.

    Cool until just beginning to congeal.

    Fold in whipped cream, cabbage and mayonnaise.
