- 2 c. cabbage, shredded
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 large apple or 2 small apples
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1/2 packet sugar substitute (1/2 g)
Directions

1Shred or chop cabbage; core apples but do not peel.

2Dice apples; add pineapple.

3Mix salad dressing, vinegar and some sweetener (to taste).

4Add this to other ingredients just before serving.

5This tends to get watery if it stands too long.

6Toss lightly and put in serving bowls. Yield:
