  • 2 c. cabbage, shredded
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large apple or 2 small apples
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 packet sugar substitute (1/2 g)

Directions

    Shred or chop cabbage; core apples but do not peel.

    Dice apples; add pineapple.

    Mix salad dressing, vinegar and some sweetener (to taste).

    Add this to other ingredients just before serving.

    This tends to get watery if it stands too long.

    Toss lightly and put in serving bowls. Yield:
