  • 1/2 pepper, cut fine
  • 3 celery stalks, cut fine
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 tsp. mustard seed

Directions

    Mix sugar, vinegar, salt, celery seed and mustard seed; pour over cabbage mixture.

    Put in a covered container; will keep without turning dark for days.
