- 2 lb. hamburger/ground chuck or 1 1/2 lb. beef and 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1 head cabbage
- 2 cans kidney beans
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 pkg. Italian dressing mix
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can V-8 juice
- 1 chopped onion
- garlic, salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Fry meat and onion; drain.

2Boil until tender the cabbage; drain.

3Mix all ingredients together and cook/simmer until tender and spices are mixed.
