  • 2 Med Cans of Green Beans
  • 2 Med Onions Chopped
  • 3 Stalks of celery cut 1/4 Wide
  • 6 Carrots Cut 1-inch Long
  • 2 Green Peppers - Diced
  • 2 Cans of Whole Tomatoes in Sauce, Chopped
  • 1 Med Head of Cabbage Cut in 1 1/2 Squares
  • 2 Med Cans of Kidney Beans
  • 2 lb. of Ground Beef, Browned

Directions

    In large pot of water add onions, celery, carrots, and green peppers.

    Bring to a boil.

    When carrots are soft, add tomatoes, cabbage, and beef.

    When cabbage is soft, add green beans without juice and kidney beans with juice.

    Simmer 30 minutes.
