- 4 cups soup stock
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, sliced thin
- 1 cup turnip, shredded
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 12 cup sour cream
Directions

1Melt butter in pan.

2Add onion and saute until translucent.

3Add shredded turnip and cabbage and heat for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

4Add soup stock and seasonings.

5Bring to a boil.

6Reduce heat.

7Simmer 15 minutes.

8Serve hot, float a spponful of sour cream and a dash of paprika on top if desired.
