- 1 can tomatoes
- 2 cans Ro-Tel diced tomatoes with peppers
- 2 cans red beans
- 1 pkg. dry Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 pkg. Zesty dry Italian salad dressing mix
Directions

1In a 6-quart pan, brown ground beef; drain fat.

2Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.

3The soup freezes well and is better the second day.
