- 1 stick margarine
- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pkg frozen spinach or 1 can spinach
Directions

1Melt margarine in a skillet.

2Add cloves of minced garlic and cabbage.

3Place a tight fitting lid on sauce pan and allow cabbage to steam about 15 minutes.

4Add spinach and return lid to pan. Cook until spinach is heated and cabbage is crisp tender.
