  • 48 ounces tomato juice
  • 1 each onions diced
  • 3 cups water
  • 6 each beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 each cabbage shredded
  • 1 each bay leaves
  • 4 each carrots sliced

    In a large pot, combine tomato juice, water, cabbage, carrots, onion, bouillon and bay leaf, and simmer for an hour.
