- 1 small cabbage
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. uncooked rice
- 2 c. canned tomatoes
- 1 c. hot water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Remove tough outer leaves of cabbage.

2Cut into 6 to 8 wedges. Arrange in a buttered casserole or skillet.

3Put uncooked rice, ground beef and onions between wedges.

4Combine tomatoes, water and seasonings.

5Pour over casserole.

6Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
