  • 1 x Cabbage,medium size cut in wedges
  • 1/2 c. Peppers, green or possibly red
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/4 c. Onion precooked in microwave
  • 1/4 c. Flour
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Cheese, white grated
  • 1/4 c. Chili sauce Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Make white sauce out of butter;heat butter in pan, add in flour,cheese, and lowfat milk.

    Add in salt and pepper to taste as well as chili sauce.

    Fold in with precooked onion and pepper.

    Precook the cabbage in a steamer and drain.

    Pour white sauce over cooked cabbage and put in greased baking dish in preheated moderate oven for 20 min.
