Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage cut
  • 2 each zucchini
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • 3 dash balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 dash Chipotle chili powder
  • 1 salt crushed black pepper
  • 1 soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin or less
  • 2 tbsp white sugar

Directions

    Cut cabbage and zucchini

    Add oil and vegetables to pan.

    Season with spices listed above.

    Heat till desired texture.

    remove from heat and eat.

    I like mine just warmed up so I turn it on high for about 3 minutes turn off and cover.

    Till I'm ready to eat.

    You can add different things like carrots, water chestnuts, pepper or even meat to make it a simple meal.
