- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle fat free salad dressing
- 1 ripe tomato
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (Healthy Choice fat free)
Directions

1Wash chicken breasts and place into a bowl.

2Pour salad dressing over chicken and cover all sides of each breast well. Put in fridge for at least 1 hour.

3Cover cookie sheet with tinfoil.

4Place chicken breasts on cookie sheet; sprinkle with shredded cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

6Slice tomato; place one slice on each breast.

7Bake for 5 more minutes.

8Serve on a bed of brown rice.
