  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
  • cooking spray
  • 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
  • Few drops hot pepper sauce seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 4 tsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 whole wheat rolls, sliced lengthwise
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves

    Mix flour and pepper.

    Coat chicken with flour mixture, shaking off excess.

    Spray a 10-inch skillet with cooking spray for 2 seconds; lightly brown chicken on both sides over medium heat.

    Blend lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire and hot pepper sauce; pour over chicken.
