  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • romaine lettuce, bite size pieces
  • 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • croutons (freshly made with French bread)
