- a few dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 3 c. torn romaine lettuce

- 1/2 c. garlic croutons
- fresh ground pepper
Directions

1Allow egg to come to room temperature.

2To coddle egg, place whole egg in small saucepan of boiling water.
