  • 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 14 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 14 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 12 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 12 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 14 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 18 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 slices French bread, cut into cubes
  • 8 cups torn romaine lettuce

Directions

    preheat oven to 300F combine everything but the bread and lettuce in a small bowl and stir until completely mixed.

    place bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake for 15 min at 300F (or until toasted) combine toasted bread cubes and lettuce in a large bowl.

    add dressing and toss to coat.
