- 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 14 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 14 cup water
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 12 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 12 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 14 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 18 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 slices French bread, cut into cubes
- 8 cups torn romaine lettuce
Directions

1preheat oven to 300F combine everything but the bread and lettuce in a small bowl and stir until completely mixed.

2place bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake for 15 min at 300F (or until toasted) combine toasted bread cubes and lettuce in a large bowl.
