  • 1 clove garlic, cut in 1/2
  • 7 anchovy fillets, halved
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper

    In a blender mix all ingredients until anchovies are finely chopped.

    Cover and refrigerate.

    Serve over romaine lettuce. Toss, topped with croutons and Parmesan cheese.
