- 7 anchovy fillets, halved
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1In a blender mix all ingredients until anchovies are finely chopped.

3Serve over romaine lettuce. Toss, topped with croutons and Parmesan cheese.
