  • 1 egg
  • 4 anchovy fillets
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 4 chicken fillets
  • 1 egg
  • breadcrumbs
  • vegetable oil
  • 2 corn tortillas
  • lettuce

Directions

    In a bowl, blend the oil, egg, anchovies, Worcestershire sauce, mustard seeds, garlic, and a pinch of salt and black pepper and a few drops of red wine vinegar. Add the cheese and mix well.

    Place the dressing in the refrigerator.

    Season the chicken with salt and ground black pepper and coat it with egg and breadcrumbs.

    Deep fry the chicken in vegetable oil.

    Heat the tortillas and place a base of lettuce on top of each. Season with salt and pepper.
