Directions

In a non-corrosive sauce pan, mix water, sugar, cinnamon, cloves and chocolate and let it boil. Try to skim off any foam you may see when the water boils.Stir constantly to melt the sugar, then bring the fire to a slow simmer.

Add in the coffee, stir, remove from fire, cover and allow to steep for 5 minutes.

Strain the coffee through a fine mesh and serve immediately.
