  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. orange rind (optional)

    Cook 2 to 3 cups of carrots in salted water until tender. Combine all ingredients, cook until thickened.
