  • hot strong coffee
  • 12 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (300 ml) caneagle brand sweetened condensed milk (regular or low-fat)
  • whipped cream (optional)
  • chocolate shavings (optional)

Directions

    Place cocoa powder in a large bowl.

    Slowly stir in boiling water.

    Stain through fine mesh sieve to remove any lumps of cocoa.

    Stir in Eagle Brand.

    Store covered in Refrigerator up to 5 days until ready to use.

    For each cup of coffee, stir 2-3 tablespoons of Cafe Mocha mix.

    Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings if using.
