- 3/4 tsp. Cajun seasoning mix
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 lb. haddock fillets
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Directions

1Heat oven to 450°.

2Combine Cajun seasoning, garlic powder and paprika in a shallow dish.

3Spread oil over haddock, then roll in spices until evenly coated.

4Place fish in a baking dish.

5Bake at 450° for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or when fish is flaky and tender.
