  • 1 cabbage, cut into 1/8's
  • 1 pkg. whole fresh mushrooms, washed well and halved
  • 3 to 4 medium onions, quartered
  • 1 pkg. Polish kielbasa, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic salt
  • Cavender's Cajun seasoning
  • water

Directions

    Place a layer of cabbage in the bottom of a large stockpot (or crock-pot). Next, add a layer of mushrooms, then onions and finally a layer of the kielbasa. Season. Repeat layering process, seasoning between each layer.

    Cover with water. Place lid on the pot and cook until tender.
