- 1 lb. catfish fillets, in 1-inch chunks
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 2 c. chopped cabbage
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 2 c. water
- juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions

1Fry onions, cabbage and garlic in oil in a large pot.

2Add all but fish and simmer, covered, 25 minutes.

3Add fish and cook 10 minutes more or until all ingredients are tender.
