  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. shredded mild cheddar cheese, finely
  • 3 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
  • 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans, fine
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley, fine
  • Ritz crackers

Directions

    Blend cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onions, and worcestershire sauce.

    Mix well.

    Shape into a ball and log.

    Mix pecans and parsley.

    Roll ball in pecan mixture until completely covered.

    Refrigerate for one hour

    or until chilled.
