- 3 Egg
- 1 Big Onion
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Green chilli
- 1 Big Potato
- 1 Big Onion paste
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1/2 cup Tomoto puree
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- 2 tbsp Cilantro chopped for garnishing
- 2 tbsp Mustered Oil or Vegetable oil
Directions

1Crack three eggs in a big bowl.

2Whisk egg with whisker.. Add chopped onion, green chilli n salt.

3Now heat oil in non stick frying pan...

4Spread egg..cook one side...

5Wen cooked one side.. Start to fold the omelet..

6Now its folded..

7Cut into in pieces.. Keep aside.

8Cut the potato in cubes.

9Wash them.

10Heat oil in heavy bottom pan... Add potato pieces.

11Fry them till light brown.

12Now add garlic n onion paste.. Saute them for two min.. Add ginger paste .

13Tomato puree.. Add all dry ingredients..except garam masala.. Stir continuously...

14Wen all spices starts to release oil... Add two cups of water.

15Cover the lid.

16Cook for ten minutes.

17Now open the lid.

18Check potato become soft.. Then add omelet pieces.. Cook for two minutes without lid.

19Now take out.. Off the fire.. Sprinkle garam masala n garnish with cilantro.

20Serve with hot steamed rice..
