- 12 tablespoon butter
- 12 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 12 teaspoon ground cumin
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon dried sage
- 12 teaspoon ground pepper
- 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 boneless center cut pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
Directions

1Combine seasonings in a bowl and then coat chops on both sides.

2Heat butter and oil over high heat in large skillet until very hot.

3Place chops in skillet and then reduce heat to medium, cooking 7 to 8 minutes.

4Turn once during cooking.

6To Freeze: Place seasoned chops in a ziplock bag and freeze.

7To Reheat: Defrost overnight, and cook per directions.
