- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 3 cups frozen corn, defrosted
- 5 teaspoons creole seasoning
- salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons Italian parsley, chopped (fresh)
Directions

1Melt the butter in a medium sauce pan over medium heat.

2When the butter has stopped foaming, add the garlic and saute until golden, about 3 minutes.

3Add the corn to the sauce pan and mix well.

4Add the Creole Seasoning and season with salt to taste.

5Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes to allow the corn to heat through.

6Remove the sauce pan from the heat and stir in the parsley.

7Serve immediately.
