- 2 lb. Velveeta, diced
- 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes (white can)
Directions

1Brown and drain sausage.

2Mix diced Velveeta with sausage. Add drained Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced and about 1/3 drained off (save to see if needed).

3Mix all together for a short while.

4Serve with 1 loaf of French bread, cubed and toasted.
