- 12 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
- 13 cup water
- 18 teaspoon garlic powder
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
- 18 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 lb firm white fish fillet (cod, haddock, or halibut)
Directions

1In medium skillet over medium heat, heat oil.

5Place fish in soup mixture.

7Cover and cook 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
