Ingredients

  • 150 gm snapper grouper or possibly bream fillets fresh or possibly defrotred skinned Marinade
  • 4 tsp mixed cajun spices
  • 3 x tablespns white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 2 tsp sunflower oil

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 190C 375F gas mark five.

    Mix the marinade ingredients together.

    Brush over the fillets.
  4. 4
    Cover and chill for twenty min.
  5. 5
    Transfer the fillets to an ovenproof dish.
  6. 6
    Cover and bake for 20 to 25 min.
  7. 7
    Serve with rice and vegetable mix.
