- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
- 1 lb. cod, halibut or haddock
Directions

1In a 10-inch skillet in the oil, cook the oregano and pepper until done.

2Add remaining ingredients, except fish.

3Heat to boiling.

4Arrange fish in soup mixture.

5Reduce heat. Cover.

6Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until fish is done.

7Serve with the rice. Serves 4.
