- Ground cayenne pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp. butter flavored salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup plain flour
- Salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 10 lb. catfish
- Cooking oil
Directions

1Soak catfish in milk.

2Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl or bag.

3Roll the fish in dry ingredients.

4Fry in hot cooking oil deep enough to float the fish.
