- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped bell pepper
- 3/4 c. Crisco oil
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. mild grated cheddar cheese
- 3 or 4 diced jalapenos
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/4 c. buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. juice from peppers
- 3 Tbsp. baking powder
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl.

2Pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
