  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 3 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 lb. milk chocolate candy (use chocolate especially for candy making)

    Melt caramels in a double boiler with water; add pecans.

    Drop onto waxed paper in bite-sized pieces; chill in refrigerator overnight.
