- 1 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. fresh or 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 c. seafood stock
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Old Bay seasoning to taste
- 1 1/2 lb. shrimp in shells
Directions

1In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter, making sure butter does not brown.

2As soon as butter starts to melt, add garlic and herbs.

3Stir until melted.

4Add remaining ingredients except shrimp and mix well with a whisk.

5Simmer over low heat to allow flavors to blend, about 15 minutes.

6Add shrimp and cook until opaque, 5 to 7 minutes.
