- 1/2 c extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, whole
- 2 T or less Cajun seasoning
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 T brown sugar
- 1 T soy sauce
- 2 # extra-large or colossal shrimp, peeled & deveined
- For prettier presentation, leave tails on shrimp
Directions

1Combine first 7 ingredients in a 9x13 baking dish.

2Toss shrimp in marinade to coat well.

3Refrigerate 1 to 12 hours.

4Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

5Remove garlic clove.

6Bake for 7 to 10 minutes, stirring once.

7DO NOT OVERCOOK!
