  • 1 lb. link sausage, sliced
  • 2 cans corn, drained
  • 2 cans green beans, drained
  • 5 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • roux (oil and flour cooked very brown)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • seasoning to taste
  • broth from roast
  • water

    Make a roux (dark, thick gravy).

    Add broth from roast and water until a thin gravy.

    Add remaining ingredients and cook until potatoes are done.
