  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz.) envelope Old El Paso taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (15 oz.) can Old El Paso Mexibeans
  • 1 (4 oz.) can Old El Paso chopped green chillies
  • 6 (8-inch) flour tortillas, halved for divided usage
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided usage

Directions

    Brown ground beef and onion in skillet; drain fat.

    Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce, Mexibeans and green chillies.

    Layer half of the tortillas on bottom of a 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Spread half of meat mixture over and sprinkle with half of cheese. Repeat layers.

    Bake at 350° in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
