Cajun-style Deviled Eggs

- 5 whole Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons White Vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoons Smoked Paprika
- 10 whole Mini Shrimp, Cooked
Directions

1Place eggs in a pot and cover eggs with cold water.

2Bring to a boil, then lower heat to a simmer, cover the pot and simmer for 15 minutes.

3Or use your favorite method for hard-boiling eggs.

4Drain off the water.

5Place pot with eggs in it under cold running water for about 2 minutes.

6Let the eggs cool completely.

7Peel the shell off of the eggs and cut the eggs in half lengthwise.

8Remove the yolks.

9In a bowl, add the egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, Cajun seasoning and smoked paprika.

10Mix until smooth.

11Taste test it.

12Spoon the mixture into the egg halves and top with shrimp.
