   Preheat oven to 350°.

   Grease and flour glass baking dish. In the bottom of dish, spread pecans and cover with coconut.

   Mix cake as directed on box.

   Pour batter over pecans and coconut in dish.

   Blend together cream cheese and butter in a separate bowl. Slowly add sugar until all is blended smoothly.

   Spread cheese mixture over prepared cake mix.

   Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
