  • 1 box (18.25 Oz. Box) Your Favorite Flavor Cake Mix
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 tub Cool Whip (8 Or 12 Ounce Tub, Depending If You Want Extra)
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar, Or More As Needed For Rolling Cookies

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    In a large bowl using a heavy duty mixer, combine the cake mix (dry mix packet only), egg, and 8 or 12 ounces of Cool Whip. The batter will be very sticky. Next, use a spoon to dip out a spoon full of the batter and then drop into the powdered sugar. Roll to coat the ball of dough and then place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Place in the oven for 10 minutes. The cookies will not look completely done; just use your best judgement.

    Note: the humidity does seem to affect the cookies. They will be an ooey gooey mess if it is raining, for instance, but will still taste good.
