  • 1 can coconut (if desired)
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Directions

    Mix cake mix, butter and 1 egg together.

    Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Sprinkle with coconut.

    Mix 3 eggs, sugar and cream cheese until smooth.

    Pour over coconut.

    Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
