- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 c. Karo white
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Place egg whites, Karo syrup, sugar and salt in top half of double boiler.

2Beat to mix, then place over boiling water. Continue beating 5 to 7 minutes until stiff peaks.

3Remove from fire; add vanilla.

4Beat 1 minute more.

5Good on chocolate or white cake with 1 package frozen coconut (thawed).
